The AI system aims to mitigate the strain on the 911 center’s workforce, which is critically understaffed despite ongoing recruitment efforts. By efficiently diverting redundant calls, the AI tool helps maintain response standards and improve the overall efficiency of emergency services in New Orleans.

Southern Nevada Transit Agency Implements AI Security Measures

The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada has become the first transit agency in the United States to implement ZeroEyes’ AI-based gun detection technology on a large scale. This advanced system integrates with existing security cameras to identify and respond to gun-related threats, enhancing safety for the agency’s over 50 million annual riders.
